The default value depends whether the NE supports SHCV:
if NE supports SHCV the default value is 10 minutes,
otherwise is 0.
The interval specifies the time, in minutes, within which hosts on a SAP should be verified.
The interval starts for each host individually, when it is created. Dynamic and static hosts are
treated in the same way. The actual rate dependents on the number of known hosts and the interval.
Interval value '0' means SHCV is administratively disabled.
