Forwarding class (FC) and ability to map up to eight FCs per service

Meter per FC

Unicast and multipoint meter for an FC

numQosClassifiers	Specifies the resources available per port for meters and match entries, to improve SAP scaling. The number of QoS classifiers must be greater than or equal to the combined number of match entries and meters that are configured in the 7210 Mxp access ingress policy. To reduce the number of QoS classifiers, you may need to delete any match criteria and meters that are not required. The configurable values vary depending on the device;see the NE documentation for details.
