svcParamMismatch (2) - Service-specific parameter mismatch.
labelsExhausted (3) - Label Manager has ran out of labels.
releasedIngressVcLabel (4) - Peer released our ingress VC label.
iesIfAdminDown (5) - IP interface is admin down (IES and VPRN only).
relearnLimitExceeded (6) - MAC relearn limit was exceeded (TLS only).
vcTypeMismatch (7) - VC type mismatch with the remote PE.
