Access ingress policies are applied to service access ingress interfaces and specify configuration of:

Forwarding class (FC) and ability to map up to eight FCs per service

Meter per FC

Unicast and multipoint meter for an FC

Meter/policer with CIR, PIR, CBS and MBS

FC assignment based on MAC and IP classification

numQosClassifiers	Specifies the resources available per SAP for meters and match entries, to improve SAP scaling. The number of QoS classifiers must be greater than or equal to the combined number of match entries and meters that are configured in the 7210 and 1830 SAP access ingress policy. To reduce the number of QoS classifiers, you may need to delete any match criteria and meters that are not required. The configurable values vary depending on the device;see the NE documentation for details. Whe n the parameter is set to exclusive, the policy can be applied to only a single SAP; an error message appears if you attempt to assign the policy to another SAP.
