The value of cpeIpAddr specifies the IP address of the
target CPE device. When this object is configured, ICMP pings will be
sent to this target IP address to determine CPE connectivity and
whether this static route should be active.
If the value of cpeIpAddr is empty, the system uses the IP
address of the static host.
