Specifies a unique numerical ID for the policy, within each policy type.
For example, a network policy of Port type and a network policy of Network Interface type can
both use the same Policy ID value.
(However, they must have different values for the Nw Mgr ID parameter).
You can configure the Policy ID parameter when the Auto-Assign ID parameter is disabled.

| scope |
Specifies whether the policy can be applied to single or multiple network interfaces and ports.
When the parameter is set to template, the policy can be applied to multiple network interfaces
and ports.
When the parameter is set to exclusive, the policy can be applied to only a single network
interface or port.
You can reassign the policy if you remove the assignment to the original network interface or
port.
