Network policies are applied to L2 uplink ports and specify QoS on egress and ingress.

scope Specifies whether the policy can be applied to single or multiple network interfaces and ports. When the parameter is set to template, the policy can be applied to multiple network interfaces and ports. You can reassign the policy if you remove the assignment to the original network interface or port.
