The half life is the value for the route decay which is calculated
exponentially. For example, if the half life value is configured as 15
minutes for a route with an FoM value of 2000 and no flapping incidents
occur, then the FoM value is reduced to 1000 after 15 minutes and then
to 500 after another 15 minutes.

The max-suppress value is the maximum amount of time the route can

When the Figure of Merit (FoM) value reaches a value below the reuse
threshold, the route is considered valid again.

suppress |
A route is suppressed when it has flapped frequently enough to increase
the Figure of Merit (FoM) value to exceed the suppress threshold
limit. When the FoM value exceeds the suppress threshold limit, the
