Specifies transaction boundaries for the deployment of timing objects through manipulation of tmnxChassisAdmControlApply object from TIMETRA_CHASSIS_MIB, set to the following values:

none(1)
initialize(2) - start a new transaction
commit(3)- commit the transaction
