A DiscoveredNE object tracks a netw.NetworkElement that has not been placed in a netw.TopologyGroup. When a network element is first discovered, it placed in the DiscoveredNE group unless the discovery rule has a netw.TopologyDiscoveryRule.topologyGroupPointer assigned. Once the network element is moved out of the Discovered NE group, the DiscoveredNE object is automatically removed.
