McPeerIPSec

Represents the MC-IPsec specifics for all MC- IPsec paired with a given peer router.

public class McPeerIPSec

Properties
bfdEnable Specifies whether BFD is enabled on the interface.

type=boolean
default=false
Displayed(tab/group)=Enable BFD

discoveryInterval Indicates the maximum duration of the discovery interval during which a newly activated multi-chassis IPsec tunnel-group will remain dormant while trying to contact its redundant peer. Groups held dormant in this manner will neither pass traffic nor negotiate security keys. This interval ends when either the redundant peer is contacted and a master election occurs, or when the maximum duration expires.

type=long
default=300
minimum=1
maximum=1800
units=seconds
Displayed(tab/group)=Discovery Interval

discoveryIntervalBoot Indicates specifies the maximum duration of an interval immediately following system boot up. When the normal discovery interval for a group would expire while the post-boot discovery interval is still active, then the group's discovery interval is extended until the post-boot discovery interval expires. This allows an extension to the normal discovery stage of groups following a chassis reboot, to account for the larger variance in routing convergence time

type=long
default=300
minimum=1
maximum=1800
units=seconds
Displayed(tab/group)=Post-Boot Discovery Interval

holdOnNeighborFailure Indicates how many keepAliveInterval intervals the standby node will wait for packets from the active node before assuming a redundant-neighbor node failure.

type=long
default=3
minimum=2
maximum=25
Displayed(tab/group)=Lost Connection Wait Multiplier

keepAliveInterval Indicates the ipsec specific keepalive timer value in units of 0.1 sec. This defines the interval at which keep-alive messages are exchanged between two systems participating in mutli-chassis ipsec tunnels. These keep-alive messages are used to determine remote-node failure.

type=long
default=10
minimum=5
maximum=500
units=deciseconds
Displayed(tab/group)=Keep-Alive Interval
