Specifies the maximum tunnel scale each pool member can support in high availability mode. A
value of 'none' disables high availability mode.
When this object has a value other than 'none' each pool member
unselected by a tunnel group is maintained in a state of high
availability for all tunnel groups associated with the pool. In this
high availability state, each unselected pool member is provisioned
with the configuration and state information of all associated tunnel
groups, and the combined tunnel scale of those groups will not be
permitted to exceed the tunnel limit specified by this object.
When this object has a value of 'none' high availability is disabled,
each pool member is only provisioned with the configuration and state
information of one tunnel group upon selection by that group, and no
combined tunnel scale is enforced across all associated groups.
The pool must contain no MDAs or ESA-VMs for this object to be
configurable to a value other than the default of 'none'."
