DEPRECATED: 13.0R1, this is now raised as a DhcpServerLeaseNotOwner alarm on a Local DHCP/DHCPv6 Server.

The LeaseNotOwnerLog entry is created when a DHCP message is received from a DHCP client that does not own the lease indicated by the IP address from the message.
