DEPRECATED: 13.0R1, this is now raised as a DhcpServerHostConflict alarm on a Local DHCP Server.

The HostConflictLog entry is created when a host requests an fixed IP address in the local user database and the system detects that this IP address has already been handed out to another (dynamic) host.
