AaCflowdGroupPolicy

Relative Name=[${groupPartIndex}][/${partitionEnabled}][-${policyLevel}]

$groupPartIndex is a group partition combined index for an Application Assurance Cflowd group policy.
It is a unique 32-bit number with bit 1-8 as groupId, 9-24 as partitionId, and 25-32 is not used.
- groupId represents a group of ISA MDAs and has a valid range from 1..255.
- partitionId represents a partition within a group and has a valid range from 0..65535.
$partitionEnabled is an indication of whether partitions are enabled or not within an ISA-AA group.
$policyLevel is an optional naming parameter indicates whether it's group level or partition level. It is only added for partition 0.
