AAPrefixListPolicy

Relative Name=[prfPol-${grpPartId}][/${displayedName}]

$grpPartId is the group partition combined index for the IP Prefix List Policy. It is a unique 32-bit number with bit 1-8 as groupId, 9-24 as partitionId, and 25-32 is not used.
$displayedName is the IP Prefix List name.
