|---|---|
| addressFamily |
The address family PIM Snooping applies to, can be either ipv4 multicast(0), or
ipv6 multicast(1)
type=vpls.PIMSnoopingAddressFamily access=read-only default=ipv4Multicast |
| administrativeState |
Specifies IPv4 administrative state of this PIM snooping protocol instance on this virtual
router. If the value of adminState is 'inService', PIM snooping is enabled.
type=vpls.PIMSnoopingAdminState default=down Displayed(tab/group)=IPv4 Administrative State |
| administrativeStateIpv6 |
Specifies IPv6 administrative state of this PIM snooping protocol instance on this VPLS service.
type=vpls.PIMSnoopingAdminState default=down |
| creationOrigin |
type=svt.L2RouteOriginType access=read-create default=manual |
| designatedRouterAddress |
address of the designated router.
type=InetAddress access=read-only default=0.0.0.0 Displayed(tab/group)=IPv4 Designated Router Address |
| designatedRouterAddressIpv6 |
address of the designated router.
type=InetAddress access=read-only default=0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0 |
| designatedRouterAddressType |
Type of the address of the designated Router.
type=rtr.InetAddressType access=read-only default=ipv4 |
| designatedRouterAddressTypeIpv6 |
Type of the address of the designated Router.
type=rtr.InetAddressType access=read-only default=ipv6 |
| groupPolicy1 |
First group policy name to be used for PIM snooping or PIM proxy.
The specified routing policy name is limited to 32 characters.
type=string default= maximum=32 Displayed(tab/group)=Policy 1 (/Group Policies) |
| groupPolicy2 |
Second group policy name to be used for PIM snooping or PIM proxy.
The specified routing policy name is limited to 32 characters.
type=string default= maximum=32 Displayed(tab/group)=Policy 2 (/Group Policies) |
| groupPolicy3 |
Third group policy name to be used for PIM snooping or PIM proxy.
The specified routing policy name is limited to 32 characters.
type=string default= maximum=32 Displayed(tab/group)=Policy 3 (/Group Policies) |
| groupPolicy4 |
Fourth group policy name to be used for PIM snooping or PIM proxy.
The specified routing policy name is limited to 32 characters.
type=string default= maximum=32 Displayed(tab/group)=Policy 4 (/Group Policies) |
| groupPolicy5 |
Fifth group policy name to be used for PIM snooping or PIM proxy.
The specified routing policy name is limited to 32 characters.
type=string default= maximum=32 Displayed(tab/group)=Policy 5 (/Group Policies) |
| holdTime |
Duration that allows the PIM-snooping switch to snoop all the PIM states in the VPLS.
During this duration, multicast traffic is flooded in the VPLS. At the end of this duration,
multicast traffic is forwarded using the snooped states. PIM snooping is enabled when value
of adminState is 'inService'. When PIM snooping is enabled in VPLS, there is a
period of time when the PIM snooping switch may not have built complete snooping state. The
switch cannot build states until the routers connected to the VPLS refresh their PIM messages.
The value of holdTime is in effect only if PIM snooping is enabled.
type=long default=90 minimum=0 maximum=300 units=seconds Displayed(tab/group)=Hold Time |
| mode |
PIM snooping mode.
Only if the value of mode is 'snoop', PIM snooping
is in a snooping mode else it is in proxy mode.
type=vpls.PIMSnoopingMode default=proxy Displayed(tab/group)=Mode |
| operationalState |
Indicates IPv4 operational state of this PIM snooping protocol instance on this virtual router
type=vpls.PIMSnoopingOperationalState access=read-only default=down Displayed(tab/group)=IPv4 Operational State |
| operationalStateIpv6 |
Indicates IPv6 operational state of this PIM snooping protocol instance on this VPLS service.
type=vpls.PIMSnoopingOperationalState access=read-only default=down |
| serviceId |
Specifies the service id
type=long access=read-only default=0 |
| siteId |
Specifies the site id
type=string access=read-only default=0.0.0.0 maximum=50 |
| trackingSupport |
Router's capability to disable Join message suppression.
The value of trackingSupport is 'true' if all CE routers
advertise tracking support in the PIM Hellos they send. If one or
more CE routers does not advertise tracking support in the PIM
Hellos they send, then the value of trackingSupport
is set to 'false'. If the value of trackingSupport is
'true', then it implies Join Suppression is disabled in the VPLS;
and vice-versa. This is used to determine the operational state of
operationalState. If the value of trackingSupport
is 'true', then the value of operationalState is 'snoop',
otherwise it is 'proxy'.
type=generic.TruthValue access=read-only Displayed(tab/group)=Tracking Support |
| upTime |
Time elapsed since PIM snooping was enabled on this router instance.
type=Time access=read-only default=0 Displayed(tab/group)=Up Time |
