This class represents the BGP VPLS configurations under a VPLS site. As of now, this object is applicable to regular VSI and B-VSI (not contains I-VSI), and is not compatible with MVPLS (but might be in the future).

It should be unique within a VPLS, except for multi-home scenario. For more information, please refer to RFC4761. Valid values are from 0 to 65535, 0 means disabled.
