This bit is set when the last execution of the SAS validator associated with the tunnel returned with test failed result. This bit is cleared 1) if the SAS validator returned with success result, or 2) the SAS validator was never executed, or 3) there is no SAS validator associated with the given tunnel. Note that a SAS validator may or may not be associated with the given tunnel (since it not mandatory to have SAS validator for a tunnel). There can be up to 1 SAS validator associated with a tunnel.
