service.ArchivedMacPopulate (NSP Network Functions Manager

Archived test. Represents an OAM:MAC populate action is usually used to populate a service FIB with an OAM-tagged MAC entry. This MAC entry indicates that the node is the egress node for the MAC address of a service.
