HandlerBinding

Binds a control script to any regular script (XML API Script, CLI Velocity Script or XML API Configuration Template). The source object is the regular script, the destination object is the control script. It is allowed to create 0 or 1 HandlerBindings per regular script (in other words a regular script can have only one associated control script, the associated control script is handling the execution result of the regular script).
