When this parameter is enabled, then the following types of changes made using CLI
will cause the distribution mode of the local policy to be set as outlined:
1. New local policy creation using CLI, when no global version of the policy exists
in NFM-P, will set the distribution mode to Sync with Global. However,
subsequent CLI changes made to the policy context will set the distribution mode
to Local Edit Only.
2. New local policy creation using CLI, when a global version of the policy exists
in NFM-P, will set the distribution mode Local Edit Only.
3. Modification of a local policy using CLI, when global and local versions of the
policy already exist in NFM-P, will set the distribution mode to Local Edit
Only.
4. Modification of a policy using CLI and then subsequently undoing those
modifications also using CLI, will set the distribution mode Local Edit Only,
when global and local versions of the policy already exist in NFM-P.
5. For an Application Assurance policy resulting from an AA group creation, the
distribution mode of the local policy will be set to Local Edit Only.
