Indicates the type of downstream interface address
specified by lsrAddress. Only 'ipv4Address' and
'unnumbered' are valid.

Indicates the IPv4 address of the downstream LSR that
this object describes. If the interface to the
downstream LSR is numbered, then lsrAddress can either
be the downstream LSR's Router ID or the interface
address of the downstream LSR.
If the interface to the downstream LSR is unnumbered,
then lsrAddress indicates the downstream LSR's Router ID.
