LPSConfiguration

public class LPSConfiguration

Properties
lpsLearningWinTimeWithStaticConversion If it is enabled, when the learning window is expired, the dynamic MACs learned on all LPS ports will be converted to static. It is configurable only when the learning window is enabled.

type=lps.LpsEnabledDisabled
default=disabled
Displayed(tab/group)=Status (/Convert To Static)

lpsLearningWindowBootupStatus If it is enabled, Learning window will start at boot-up time.

type=lps.LpsEnabledDisabled
default=disabled
Displayed(tab/group)=Learning Time Window Bootup Status (/Learning Window)

lpsLearningWindowExpiryStatus If it is enabled Learning Window is Running, if Disabled Learning Window has Expired.

type=lps.LpsEnabledDisabled
access=read-only
default=disabled
Displayed(tab/group)=Learning Time Window Expiry Status (/Learning Window)

lpsLearningWindowNoAging If it is enabled, all mac-address learnt on the port would be deferred from aging.

type=lps.LpsEnabledDisabled
default=disabled
Displayed(tab/group)=Learning Time Window No Aging (/Learning Window)

lpsLearningWindowTime The learning time window that can be configured on the switch to learn new MACs on the LPS port. This parameter applies to the whole switch

type=int
default=0
minimum=0
maximum=65535
Displayed(tab/group)=Learning Time Window (Minutes)

lpsLearningWindowTimeRemaining Amount of time (in seconds) remaining until the learning window expires.

type=long
access=read-only
default=0
minimum=0
maximum=172800
units=seconds
Displayed(tab/group)=Learning Time Window Time Remaining (/Learning Window)

portIfindex It converts the L2 addresses learned on the given port in IfIndex format from dynamic to static. The value of '0' means to convert all LPS ports on the entire chassis.

type=long
default=0

siteId IP address of the node to which this Learned Port Security configuration belongs

type=InetAddress
default=0.0.0.0

siteIdAddrType

type=rtr.InetAddressType
default=ipv4

Methods

restartLearningWindowTimer

This method is used to restart the Learned Port Security's Learning Window Timer on the given switch. The timer restarts regardless of how much time is left in the current source learning window. Note that source learning of configured authorized MAC addresses is still allowed after the Learning Window Time limit has expired. However, all learning is stopped on an individual LPS port if the number of MAC addresses learned meets or exceeds the maximum number of addresses allowed on that port, even if the Learning Window Time limit has not expired.
Input Parameters:
deployer : Deployer - the deployment state
synchronousDeploy : boolean - (Optional) Specify whether to block until the changes have been fully deployed to the network. A value of "true" means to block. A value of "false" means to return immediately. Default: false (asynchronous)
clearOnDeployFailure : boolean - (Optional) Specify whether to clear any failed deployers. A value of "true" means to clear. A value of "false" means to leave the failed deployer. Default: false
deployRetries : int - (Optional) The number of times to attempt re-deployment during synchronous deployment. This parameter is meaningless in the asynchronous case. Default: 0
deployRetryInterval : long - (Optional) The number of milliseconds to wait between deployment retries. This parameter is meaningless in the asynchronous case. Default: 0
taskDescription : string - (Optional) A user friendly description of what the operation does. This information will be used by the task manager.
aInSiteId : string - The IP address of the switch.
continueOnFailure : continueOnFailure - (Optional) Continue processing requests in this stream if an exception occurs, unless the request is invalid. Default: false
Exceptions:
lps.LPSConfiguration.restartLearningWindowTimerException
