The MvPolicyTerm is the main building block of a Filter of QoS policy. The policy typically has has multiple terms, each of these terms are represented with one instance of MvPolicyTerm. The MvPolicyTerm may contain optional extensions, which are subclasses of MvPolicyExtensionItem.
