Package fwd

The XML API OSS interface uses the fwd, l2fwd, l3fwd, and l2fib to configure Layer 2 and Layer 3 forwarding classes.

The fwd package defines the basic types, such as enumeration, related to Layer 2 and Layer 3 (l2 and l3) forwarding. The basic type information is common to and used by other forwarding-related packages, such as l2fwd and l3fwd. There are no methods associated with this package.
