DomainSubnet

It defines IP range for a SAR-Hm that can be discovered. The parent domain can discover a SAR-Hm node which is in this subnet. A Domain can have multiple subnets. A subnet is expected to be added to a domain only after the domain has been created already to avoid any misconfiguration during dynamic peer prefix creation on the head-end nodes of the domain.
